Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller Identification
LittleDreamHouse is an online store operated by LittleDreamHouse, France. Email: support@littledreamhouse.fr

Article 2 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the LittleDreamHouse website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photos are non-contractual. LittleDreamHouse reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

Article 4 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). LittleDreamHouse reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

Article 5 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. LittleDreamHouse reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.

Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or via the payment methods available on the site. Transactions are secured by SSL protocol.

Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery times are given as an indication (7 to 14 working days). LittleDreamHouse cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers or customs services.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. To exercise this right, contact support@littledreamhouse.fr

Article 9 — Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be in their original condition. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

Article 10 — Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

Article 11 — Data Protection (GDPR)

Article 12 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
